Idaho Dental Foundation Awards $14,931 in Grants
Six Idaho dental programs can now serve more people in vulnerable populations thanks to grants from the Idaho Dental Foundation (IDF). These grants are part of the IDF’s mission to support ongoing oral health initiatives throughout the state of Idaho.
The $14,900 in funding was distributed to the following:
Children’s Free Dental Clinic - SWIDS:
$2,000
Dental materials and supplies for mobile preventive and emergency care for low-income children.
Genesis Community Health Clinics - SWIDS:
$2,840
The purchase of a Quattrocare and maintenance materials.
SE Pocatello Free Clinic - SEIDS: $2,500
Funds will go toward a travel unit to ensure seamless continuation of
services to underserved individuals in Power County.
SE Idaho Public Health - SEIDS:
$3,090
Preventative mobile care equipment and supplies.
Terry Reilly - WTVDS:
$2,500
Towards the purchase of digital x-ray sensors.
The Wellness Tree - SCIDS:
$2,000
Funds will be used to procure a software solution for connecting x-ray machines and a computer.
