Dr. Carol J. McCutcheon Dr. McCutcheon earned her degree in 1983 from the University of Washington School of Dentistry. She has served as the President of Santa Clara County Dental Society and represented them as a trustee at the California Dental Association. She also served as chair of the Leadership Development Committee at CDA. Dr. McCutcheon served for 6 years on the TDIC Board and was chair of the Claims and Risk Management Committee for 3 years. She has practiced general dentistry for over 36 years in Campbell, CA. - both as the owner and as an associate of the practice she built.
John Versnel, Esq. John received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and graduated from the Seattle University School of Law. He has practiced for 35 years and focuses on the representation of professionals, including healthcare providers, clinics and pharmacies in malpractice actions, licensing/disciplinary matters, employment liability, and related disputes. John has successfully tried and arbitrated dozens of dental malpractice lawsuits and has defended hundreds of dentists in various practice related matters. He is a frequent speaker at risk management seminars and continuing education courses.
Dr. Karen Foster graduated from Texas Tech University in 1997. She received her dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2002, then completed residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Texas-Houston Dental Branch in 2004. She has worked in private practice as an associate and owner, in public health, and in academics since 2004. She is currently full-time faculty at the Denver Health Pediatric Dentistry Residency and Internship. She is a past president of the Metro Denver Dental Society and Colorado Dental Association, was an ADA Wellness Ambassador in the first cohort and is on the ADA Council of Ethics, Bylaws and Judicial Affairs. She serves as the Regent for District 14 (AZ, CO, HI, NM, NV, UT, WY) for the USA Section of the International College of Dentists.
Sheree L. DiBiase, PT, PRPC, ICLM, DN is the owner of Lake City Physical Therapy, having 7 locations in both Idaho and Washington. She has been in private practice as an owner since 1989. Upon graduation she attended Loma Linda University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and was awarded the Fred B. Moore Award for Outstanding Clinical Performance in Physical Therapy. Sheree has continued to advance her education and skill set. She is a certified lymphedema specialist, having completed the training required to receive her ICLM certification. Sheree went on to further her education in pelvic floor dysfunction and received her PRPC (Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner certification), she is also a certified in Dry Needling. Sheree has taken course in MSK real time ultrasound, which she uses in her practice as an aid in identifying pelvic floor dysfunction and assist in patient education regarding their pelvic floor dysfunction and care.
