Christopher Jones, DMD, MS, FACP
Dr. Christopher Jones is a board-certified prosthodontist dedicated to education and excellence in restorative and implant dentistry. His career began in the U.S. Air Force, where he served for six years as a structural journeyman, overseeing facility renovations and construction. Following his military service, he earned his undergraduate degree from Boise State University before attending Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. During dental school, he was awarded a highly competitive U.S. Air Force Health Professions Scholarship and was recognized for his outstanding achievements in prosthodontics and esthetic dentistry.
His passion for complex dental cases led him to pursue advanced training, completing a prestigious prosthodontic residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. Concurrently, he earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Texas Health Science Center, where his research focused on the correlation between bruxism and obstructive sleep apnea. Following residency, he served as a prosthodontic instructor for the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency in Omaha, Nebraska, providing both clinical and didactic training in advanced restorative and prosthodontic techniques.
Dr. Jones achieved board certification from the American Board of Prosthodontics, a distinction held by fewer than 15% of prosthodontists nationwide. After 13 years of military service, he transitioned to private practice at Boise Prosthodontics, where he specializes in complex tooth and implant rehabilitations. By integrating digital dentistry advancements, he ensures the highest quality care for his patients. He is also actively involved in professional education, leading a respected study club for general dentists and serving as a Trustee for the Idaho State Dental Association.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Jones enjoys spending time with his wife, Becky, and their four children. An avid outdoorsman, he takes advantage of Idaho’s scenic beauty through hiking, camping, and exploring. He also enjoys riding his side by side, playing basketball, running, and watching movies.
Kent Howell, DMD, MS
During his three-year prosthodontic residency beyond dental school, Dr. Howell focused on comprehensive oral reconstruction and received extensive training in dental implants. While serving as chief resident, Dr. Howell had the opportunity to teach and mentor other residents and dental students in many different areas of prosthodontics. This helped foster a passion for education, which he enjoys sharing with his patients and other dentists. He continues teaching by lecturing to groups of dentists nationwide on the All-On-4® dental implant technique.
During residency, Dr. Howell was trained in all aspects of dental laboratory work and fabricated his own dentures and partials from start to finish for his patients. This valuable laboratory training was key in helping Dr. Howell to customize each prosthesis in-office and monitor the work that returns from his dental labs. This unique level of experience and attention to detail is key to providing the level of excellence that his patients deserve.
Steven J. Sadowsky, DDS, FACP
Dr. Sadowsky was a full-time professor in the Department of Preventive and Restorative Dentistry at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, from 2010-2024. He was in full-time private practice limited to prosthodontics for 35 years. Dr. Sadowsky is past-president of the American Prosthodontic Society and past-president of the Pacific Coast Society for Prosthodontics, as well as fellow of the Academy of Prosthodontics and the American College of Prosthodontists. He has founded and is the president of the Pacific Coast Society for Prosthodontic Foundation. He has directed the American College of Prosthodontists Annual Review Course for 5 years and awarded their Presidential Citation in 2016. He is a life diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontists. Dr. Sadowsky is Abstract Editor of the International Journal of Prosthodontics and has been appointed to the Editorial Council of the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry. He has published over 50 articles in peer-reviewed journals, mainly on implant dentistry. He was honored at Loma Linda University as their 2018 recipient of the Ken Wical Award for Excellence in Prosthodontics. He was a visiting scholar at Stanford University in the Jill Helms Research Laboratory (2018-19). Dr. Sadowsky has edited a book, titled, Evidence-based Implant Treatment Planning and Clinical Protocols and has been invited to author chapters in textbooks on implant prosthodontics. He was inducted into the Tau Kappa Omega Honor Society for his teaching skills in 2020. In 2021, the American College of Prosthodontists selected him for the Distinguished Service Award. In 2022, Dr. Sadowsky’s article, “Are Teeth Superior to Implants” was selected for the Judson Hickey Award in the category for best research article of the year.
Carl Drago, DDS, MS, FACP
Dr. Drago received his dental degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and a MS degree from the University of Texas Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at San Antonio. Dr Drago has been in private practice limited to fixed, removable and implant prosthodontics in LaCrosse, Wi; Waukesha WI and Brookfield, WI since 1981.
He has been on the faculty in Graduate Prosthodontics at Nova SE University School of Dental Medicine, The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and Marquette University School of Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics and was re-certified in 2019. Dr. Drago also served on the Dental Implant Committee to review grants at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD. He has published over 105 papers on multiple subjects in prosthodontics, written five textbooks on dental implants and lectured nationally and internationally. Dr. Drago is also the Clinical Science section editor for the Journal of Prosthodontics.
Robert Faulkner, DDS
Robert F. Faulkner, D.D.S. graduated from The Ohio State University in 1980. Following a one year hospital residency, he practiced general dentistry in northwest Ohio until 1990, when he returned to an advanced graduate residency program in prosthodontics at the U.C.L.A. School of Dentistry. Dr. Faulkner received his certificate in prosthodontics in 1992 as well as a certificate in maxillofacial prosthetics in 1993. In addition, he received full training through the U.C.L.A. Implant Center during his three year residency training programs.
He has lectured extensively on several aspects of prosthodontics and implant dentistry, both nationally and internationally. Dr. Faulkner is the director of The Ohio Center for Osseointegration and Restorative Dentistry, a state of the art continuing education facility for clinicians, technicians, and auxiliaries. He has a faculty appointment as a Lecturer for the Department of Removable Prosthodontics at U.C.L.A. In addition, Dr. Faulkner is an adjunct professor in the Department of Prosthodontics, University of Louisville.
Recently, Dr. Faulkner co-authored a textbook with his mentor from U.C.L.A., Dr. John Beumer, III. The textbook, “Fundamentals of Implant Prosthodontics” is published by Quintessence Publishing Company, Chicago, IL, and is designed for dentists, graduate residents and dental students alike. Dr. Faulkner resides in Cincinnati, Ohio where he maintains a private practice limited to fixed and removable prosthodontics, maxillofacial prosthetics, and implant prosthodontics.
Caroline Zeller, DDS, MPH
Dr. Caroline Zeller graduated dental school at the University of Missouri in Kansas City and then moved to Portland, OR to complete an internship in oral and maxillofacial surgery at OHSU. Dr. Zeller’s passion is providing services for patients that struggle to find access to care. Since finishing her training she has been working as an internal oral surgery referral at low-income clinics throughout the state. Dr. Zeller has her MPH in health policy and serves on the American Dental Association’s Council on Advocacy, Access and Prevention and is a Co-Chair for the Joint Subcommittee on Medicare. She also currently serves as the president of the Oregon Dental Association. Dr. Zeller works at OHSU as Director of Quality and Patient Safety for Hospital Dental Services and is the Site Director for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. In her free time she enjoys taking road trips in her camper van with her husband Jason, daughter Elliot, and dogs Frankie and Didi.

Machell Hudson-Hoover, RDH, FAAOSH, CHC, is the CEO and founder of Integrative Dental Coaching. Dr. Freeman earned his dental degree in 1984 from the University of the Pacific, Dugoni School of Dentistry, San Francisco. John received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington and graduated from the Seattle University School of Law. Cameron A. Kuehne, DMD, MS
Cameron A. Kuehne DMD, MS co-owns the Center for Sleep Apnea & TMJ, with locations in Boise and Salt Lake City. Dr. Kuehne’s practice focuses solely on the treatment of sleep apnea and TMJ disorders, and he has treated over 15,000 patients in his 15 years of practice. He has accumulated more than 3000 hours of continuing education related to craniofacial pain, sleep disorders, and pain management and obtained his Masters in the fields of TMD and Dental Sleep Medicine from Tufts University. He is a Diplomate of The American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, The American Board of Craniofacial Pain and The American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine. Kim Keller, DDS, MBA
Dr. Kim Keller grew up in Nampa, Idaho, and developed a deep appreciation for the Treasure Valley. He earned his undergraduate degree in psychology from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, before completing his dental training at the UCLA School of Dentistry in 1993.
While studying at UCLA, he met his wife, Sheree, who was working as an electrical engineer in Southern California. Together, they have three children: Preston (married to Amanda), MacyLynn (married to Tim), and Shepard.
After earning his dental degree, Dr. Keller returned to Nampa to begin his career with Dr. Marriner Bingham. He later established Nampa Smiles Family Dentistry, where he practiced until 2021.
In 2020, he obtained an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa. Today, he serves as the CEO of Ume Dental Growth, leading a network of 19 dental practices across Idaho and Oregon.
Dr. Keller remains actively involved in both his community and the dental profession. He has served as a Trustee on the Nampa Library Board, a Board Member of the Nampa Schools Foundation, President of the Idaho State Dental Association, a Board Member of the Idaho Dental Foundation, and a consulting dentist for the Department of Health and Welfare.
Michael Lynn Gurney, DDS, MS
Dr. Michael Lynn Gurney graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2005 where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. He went on to attend Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska where in 2009, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Fueled by his passion for dental implant and comprehensive dental therapy, he went on to pursue a 3-year advanced prosthodontic residency program at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. It was here in 2012 that he completed his training and was awarded a specialty certificate in prosthodontics as well as his Master of Science for his research in clinical implant dentistry.
After completing the prosthodontic residency program, Dr. Gurney moved to Idaho and worked solely in private practice developing a prosthodontic specialty clinic, Boise Prosthodontics. Dr. Gurney loves and appreciates the value of the advances in dentistry, specifically in the digital world. He utilizes digital photography, CBCT, Trios 4, and Photogrammetry every day. He understands the importance of working with complex restorative cases and digital technology to have an excellent working relationship with a knowledgeable and talented dental lab. As such he has developed a team that includes several dental technicians that work on site as part of his Boise Prosthodontic team. In the lab, Exocad, Asiga printers, Versamill, and Hyperdent are utilized.
Dr. Gurney has found that teaching and sharing what he has learned with others is his true passion. By following this passion, he has developed a local study club, TEAM Act, that has been able to assist dentists with treatment planning cases for over 10 years.
When Dr. Gurney isn’t busy treating patients in his office, you will find him spending time with his wife and four children. He is actively involved in the Idaho State Dental Association, Coaches High School Wrestling, his local church congregation, and his family. He was born and raised in Boise, Idaho area and feels fortunate to be raising his family in the same area in which he grew up in and has always called home.
Randy Demetter, DDS, MS
Dr. Randy Demetter received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University in 2010, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2014. He then attended a three-year residency in periodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where he attained his Master of Science and Certificate in Periodontics in 2017. During residency, Dr. Demetter’s research interests focused on various materials and methods for tooth extraction and ridge preservation in preparation for dental implant placement and he has co-authored articles in the Journal of Periodontology and the International Journal of Periodontics and Restorative Dentistry. He is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, the Idaho State Dental Association, and the Southwest Idaho Dental Society. He is also a Clinical Professor for the Idaho State University Dental Residency in Meridian and is Director of the High Desert Sage Study Club and High Desert Sage Hygiene Study Club.
Kaleb "KC" Esplin, DDS, MS
Dr. Kaleb "KC" Esplin received his Bachelors of Science at Utah State University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Utah School of Dentistry. He specialized in periodontics at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio where he also received his Master of Science. As a resident, he performed research comparing peri-implantitis progression and response to treatment around titanium versus zirconia implants. His work was published in the Journal of Periodontology and was recognized with multiple national awards. He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, and the Idaho State Dental Association and is a Director of the High Desert Sage Study Club and a regular participant in Team ACT Study Club.
